This role is for an experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to combine paediatric clinical practice with mentoring and supporting the development of other clinicians.
You’ll manage your own paediatric caseload while playing an significant role within our OT team, providing supervision, clinical guidance and support to junior and developing clinicians.

Responsibilities
Assess and provide evidence-based intervention for children with a range of developmental and functional needs
Manage more complex presentations and provide clinical guidance where needed
Provide supervision and mentoring to junior and developing Occupational Therapists
Support clinicians with case discussions,
clinical reasoning and reflective practice
Contribute to professional development and shared learning within the team
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
Maintain a clinical caseload alongside your supervision responsibilities
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Strong paediatric clinical experience
Confidence supporting and mentoring other clinicians
Robust clinical reasoning and communication skills
An interest in contributing to the development of a cooperative OT team
