About the Role We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic On Call Casual Childcare Educator to join our team. This role involves supporting the daily care and development of children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Child safety is our highest priority, and all educators are expected to uphold and promote a strong culture of child protection at all times, including maintaining active supervision of children.

Key Responsibilities
Provide active supervision at all times, ensuring children are safe, visible, and supporte
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, and playtime
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace
Support the implementation of educational programs
Ensure all practices align with child safety standards and policies
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

About You




Passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and reliable with availability for casual shifts
Solid understanding of active supervision and commitment to maintaining a child-secure setting

Requirements
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of Child Safety Foundations (Australia) training (or willingness to complete prior to commencement)
Previous childcare experience preferred
Ability to work all shifts between 6:30am-6:00pm
