The role of Property Inspector will include:
Collecting and returning keys from various agencies across the Perth area.
Thoroughly documenting properties through photography, these include, Property Condition Reports, Routine & Final Bond Inspections.
Providing detailed voice recordings, transcribed by a third party.
Utilizing various app-based programs for property inspections.
Timely upload of reports and photos from the comfort of your home.
Representing our company with professionalism and delivering high-quality reports.

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate, while receiving comprehensive training, should possess the following:




Proficiency in working with technology.
Effective time management abilities.
iPhone with a recent IOS
Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license.
Home computer equipped with Microsoft Office and unlimited rapid internet.
Must have previous Property Management experience.

Pay: $700.00 – $1,500.00 per week
