Job Title: Customer Service & Line Cook

Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable customer service professional, who also has cooking skills to do food preparation and cooking. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and is committed to consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Training can be provided for cooking, with no formal qualifications needed – just a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities
Serve customers for their cooked orders, as well as the fresh seafood
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Work efficiently during service to ensure timely, high-quality output
Communicate effectively with chefs,



manager and kitchen team members
Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and minimizing waste

Requirements
Experience Serving Customers
Basic food preparation skills or previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
