A well established Sydney mechanical services and HVAC contractor is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join its growing project team. The business delivers commercial HVAC and building services projects across the city and has a solid forward pipeline, so this is a genuine long-term opportunity with real progression on offer.

About the role

You will work across design coordination and project delivery, supporting live commercial jobs from documentation through to handover.

What you will be doing

Mechanical and HVAC design coordination on commercial building services projects.

Producing and reviewing technical documentation, working across Revit MEP.

Supporting project managers through delivery, from procurement to commissioning.

Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and consultants to keep jobs on program.

Reviewing shop drawings and helping resolve technical queries on site.

What we are looking for

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent building services experience.

A background with a mechanical services or HVAC contractor,



or a building services consultancy moving to the contractor side.

Working knowledge of Revit MEP and mechanical design for commercial buildings.

Australian working rights, and comfortable working on site in Sydney.

A robust communicator who can hold a technical conversation with site and design teams alike.
