Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee allocated accounts and contracts across Maintenance/Landscape teams
Manage team schedules, performance, training, development and progression.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all sites.
Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery.
Plan and manage all schedules,



labour, resources and equipment allocation.
Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews and deliver works across multiple locations.
Monitor contract performance, client feedback and service outcomes.
Identify efficiencies and prospects to improve service delivery and productivity.
Manage contract budgets, including labour, materials and equipment costs.
Resolve client and operational issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with company standards & client expectations

What will you need?
Relevant Industry Qualifications or Relevant Experience
A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
