Barista / All-Rounder Wanted for our location in Merrimac- to meet the growing demand of the business

Coffee Boothers is a family-owned, drive-thru coffee spot in Merrimac and Upper Coomera, serving excellent coffee with a side of smiles. We’re on the hunt for a reliable, coffee-loving Barista/All-Rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows their way around an espresso machine.

If you can pour a silky flat white, multitask like a pro and keep your cool during the morning rush, we want you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Making consistently great coffee
Delivering top-tier customer service (walk-in + drive-thru)
Taking orders and handling POS
Prepping food, smoothies & açaí bowls
Keeping things clean, compliant and looking sharp
Multitasking in a high-energy drive-thru environment
Working as part of a fun, tight-knit team

You’re Our Kind of Person If You…
Have 2–3 years barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Know your coffee and can handle pressure during peak times
Have experience with industry POS systems
Take pride in cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail




Are self-motivated, confident and well-spoken
Understand workplace health & safety practices
Can work early mornings (from 4:30am) and weekends- this is a MUST
Have your own transport (early starts are non-negotiable)
Come with a referenced work history and a great attitude
