What your role will look like

You will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, supported by structured systems and a hands-on leadership team. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a clean, organised portfolio using established processes
Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance
Managing arrears, lease renewals, and compliance requirements
Working closely with our admin and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations

What we’re looking for

We value attitude and team fit just as much as experience. You will bring:
A calm,



solutions-focused approach with a knack for staying organised
Strong communication and time-management skills
A current Driver’s Licence
A Property Representative Licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
Note: Prior Property Management experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person!
