Disability Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community settings.

Essential Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Personal vehicle for work-related transportation
Minimum 6 months experience in home care or disability support
Certificate III or IV in Disability Services
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:




Provide personalised care and support to clients with varying abilities and needs
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence
Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and community events
Maintain accurate and detailed support logs and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare specialists, family members, and team colleagues
Ensure client safety and well-being at all time
