Chef – Full Time

All Day Tre Cafe | Carlton North

All Day Tre Cafe is looking for a hard-working, motivated and passionate Chef to join our small, dedicated kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2–3 years’ qualified kitchen experience who is confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team.

The Role
Full-time position, approximately 38–40 hours per week
The role will initially be casual, allowing you to settle into the team and for us to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone
Minimum 5 days per week, including weekends
Ability to confidently open and close the kitchen
Work efficiently and maintain high standards during busy service
Contribute to menu development and input
Maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness and kitchen standards
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

We’re Looking For Someone Who




Has 2–3+ years of kitchen experience
Is reliable, hardworking and motivated
Takes pride in their food and presentation
Can work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen
Has a positive attitude and works well within a small team
Is organised and able to perform under pressure
Has a genuine interest in contributing ideas and helping develop the menu
