Current Grad / Early Career Occupational Therapist
This role is for a new graduate or early-career Occupational Therapist looking to build strong foundations in paediatric practice with structured support around them.
You’ll work with children and families across a range of developmental and functional needs while building your confidence in assessment, intervention, clinical reasoning and family-centred practice.
You won’t be expected to figure it all out on your own. You’ll have access to a structured professional development program, regular supervision and day-to-day support from experienced Ots.
Your development and support will include:

Responsibilities
Assess children with a range of developmental and functional needs
Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based intervention
Work closely with children and families towards meaningful everyday goals
Monitor progress and develop your clinical reasoning with support from senior clinicians
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
An interest in developing your skills in paediatric Occupational Therapy
