$48.94 per hour + Super
Start: 7th September 2026 | End: 18th December 2026
9-Day Fortnight | 76 hours per fortnight

APG Workforce is seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver / Plant Operator for a Transport for NSW road construction project across the South West region.
This is a hands-on role within a construction crew, operating plant and assisting with road building works. The position involves travel and working away from depot, with camping required.

Key Responsibilities
Operate HR truck and plant equipment
Operate loaders, rollers (multi, padfoot, smooth drum) and mixer as required
Assist with road construction and labouring duties




Work safely within a crew setting
Travel and camp away from depot as required

Essential Requirements
HR Licence (or above)
White Card
Workers on Foot (WOF)
Traffic Control (TC) ticket (or willing to obtain)
Proven plant operating experience (loader, rollers etc.)
Ability to travel and camp away for work

Additional Information
Camping is required for this role
Accommodation and allowances provided when working away
When based at depot, candidates must supply own accommodation
Living Away From Home Allowances + accommodation provided when camped.
