Total Safety & Tools is a leading provider of quality tools and fire protection services in Port Hedland.

We are looking for a multi-skilled and motivated individual to join our team on a casual basis, working 40+ hours per week, with the chance to progress into a permanent full-time position. Flexible days and roster options are available.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Assist customers with tools, equipment and product selection
Process sales through POS
Receive, unpack and put away incoming stock
Replenish stock and maintain product displays
Keep the shop, shopfront and yard clean and well presented
Assist with fire equipment servicing
General day-to-day duties as required

Skills & Experience
Previous retail or sales experience
Valuable customer service and communication skills
Reliable,



organised and willing to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Basic computer skills
Physically capable of handling stock and general manual duties
An interest or experience in tools, equipment or trades would be advantageous
Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
