We are looking for a passionate Certificate III-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our supportive Early Learning Centre in Pagewood, NSW.

This is a full time, permanent position for an educator who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to build a long-term career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator / Childcare Educator, you will work alongside Room Leaders and your team to provide high-quality education and care for children.

You will:
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Assist with implementing engaging early childhood education programs
Create safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environments
Support daily routines, activities and learning experiences
Assist with observations and educational documentation
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Early Childhood Educators
Follow the EYLF, NQF and NQS

About You

We are looking for a Certificate III Educator who is:
Certificate III-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
Passionate about children, early learning and child development
Reliable, positive and committed




A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Eager to learn and develop within the early childhood sector
