Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with top tier 2 head contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a Gold Coast based new build project circa $60M in value.

With an exceptional pipeline of secured work, you'll join a business delivering a combination of Design & Construct projects and its own premium developments, ensuring long-term project security and the opportunity to work on some of the region's most impressive residential builds.

Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers from commencement through to handover.

About You
To be considered, you must have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering new build projects.




A solid background managing large subcontractor workforces and complex construction programmes.
A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme delivery.
The ability to drive productivity while maintaining exceptional build standards.
