You will play a key role within the leadership team, driving the performance outcomes for the health and fitness team while providing a high quality and robust programming schedule, focusing of driving participation and member retention.

In this role you will oversee our health club and group fitness programs portfolios. You will be a considered decision maker and will be able to manage a multitude of tasks utilising valuable time management and organisational skills. The role would require you to perform strategic planning in line with business deliverables.

You will also assist the centre manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster, where they provide support to customers and staff across all areas of the facility.
