Summary:

As a Multiskilled Support Worker in Bullsbrook, Western Australia, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. This temporary, casual position is essential for enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance required to lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
Administer medication and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families,



and other specialists.
Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies at all times.

Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a support worker role or similar position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
Understanding of the principles of person-centred care.
