Café Manager – Acre espresso

Monday–Friday | 6:00am-3:30pm |

Acre is looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team.

We are a very busy, quick-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day. This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.

You will need:
Proven café management experience
Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in food production and ordering
Solid organisation and time management
Ability to lead, train and manage a team
Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality

Experienced applicants only – this is a full-on, high-volume café.

No weekends or public holidays.

Pay: $55,181.96 – $81,918.65 per year
