As a Xero Platinum Partner, we combine deep technical expertise with up-to-date systems and processes — and we're looking for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join our team.

About the Role

Reporting to your Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients — managing, developing and administering their affairs to a consistently high standard. You'll be trusted to run your own workflow from start to finish: planning the work, delegating where appropriate, reviewing output, and handing a completed, review-ready assignment back to your Manager.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a portfolio of clients under the direction of your Manager
Maintaining strong client service standards and producing high-quality technical work
Staying current with developments in taxation law, accounting standards, systems and processes
Meeting productivity targets and client budgets
Identifying and delivering value-added services to clients




Taking full ownership of allocated jobs from planning through to completion, ready for Manager review

What We're Looking For
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge, kept current with legislative and industry change
Proven ability to manage a client portfolio with minimal oversight
A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and share knowledge
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and budgets
A genuine interest in adding value for clients, beyond compliance delivery
