BARISTA ROLE
JRM is looking for an experienced Barista to join a corporate team on an ongoing Monday to Friday basis.
This is a high-volume coffee environment, so you must be confident working quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent coffee quality and customer service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Previous barista experience is essential
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Strong latte art skills are a must




Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent presentation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a barista who is:
Ability to handle 3 - 5 KG minimum on your own
Experienced and confident behind the coffee machine and grinders
Comfortable handling a high volume of coffees
Valuable understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
Passionate about coffee quality and presentation
Able to maintain consistency during busy service
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
