How You’ll Make an Impact:
Support Patients: Be a warm, reassuring voice on the phone for patients ordering medical equipment and sleep therapy solutions.
Solve Real Problems: Listen to patient needs and collaborate with our medical teams to make sure everyone gets the care they deserve.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle general admin, order entries, and patient updates with care and detail.

What We’re Looking For:

A solid desire to support people and make a positive difference in their health journey.
Excellent Communication: Explicit, patient, and friendly over the phone.
Experience: Previous office, customer service, or healthcare admin experience is a bonus, but your mindset and attitude are what matter most.
