You'll be involved in installing, maintaining, and commissioning a wide range of Communications and Electrical systems across commercial, industrial, mining, and government environments.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with radio and communications installations
Data cabling and fibre optic infrastructure
Electrical installations and maintenance
Equipment assembly and workshop preparation
Testing and fault finding of communications systems
Working on critical communications networks
Site-based and workshop-based projects
Learning industry-leading technologies and systems
About you
Genuine interest in communications, technology, electronics, or electrical trades
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valuable problem-solving skills
Ability to follow procedures and work safely
Reliable and punctual
Current driver's licence (or working towards obtaining one)
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Experience with electronics, computers, radios, or networking (highly regarded)
Trade pre-apprenticeship (highly regarded)
