We're looking for a confident, hands-on Cafe & Bakery Supervisor to lead our CBD location. This is an autonomous leadership role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in running a high-performing store.

About the Role

As the Cafe & Bakery Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our CBD bakery. You'll lead a small team, ensure every customer receives exceptional service, and maintain the high operational standards that Bondi Boulangerie is known for.

This is more than a supervisor role—it's an prospect to build your own team, take ownership of the store and help shape its success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily operation of the bakery.
Build, coach and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.
Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters.
Recruit, onboard and develop current team members.




Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
Produce consistently excellent coffee and support the team during busy service periods.
Work closely with the Lead Barista to maintain coffee quality and ongoing training.
Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
Receive and organise daily deliveries and stock.
Maintain outstanding food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
Ensure online orders and delivery platforms run efficiently.
Drive sales through merchandising, product knowledge and customer engagement.
Identify operational improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Foster a positive team culture aligned with Bondi Boulangerie's values.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
