Job description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who wants to be trained further to progress to a Foreman down the track. Repotting directly to the owner, your duties are diverse and include but are not limited to:
Hands on carpentry and construction work - Leading by example
Reading and interpreting plans
Supervising the work of Trade staff and Apprentices
Accurate Site set-outs
Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met
Maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile
To be successful you will need at least 3+ years experience as a Leading Hand working on hi-end projects valued over $1M.



You will enjoy working hands on with Projects from excavation stage all the way through to finishing and handover. Having experience working with Passive homes is ideal, however, your communication skills, keenness to learn and grow, will set you apart.
