Business Analyst – Full time (Melbourne, VIC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the continued growth and optimisation of our digital platform within the construction technology sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business processes, user behaviour, and system performance to drive data-driven improvements and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse platform user behaviour, subscription data, and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical development
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Prepare structured reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend optimisation strategies
Assist in the implementation and refinement of workflows and operational processes




Conduct market and competitor analysis within the construction technology industry

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience working with SaaS products, web applications, mobile applications or digital platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements
Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies is desirable

Pay: $83,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
