We are currently looking for a female support worker to join our team, supporting autistic adults in a family home in Cranbourne.
Shifts available:
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (up to 4 days per week)

You will be working with another team member to support a family of 3 autistic, non-verbal adults in their family home with their afternoon/ evening routine which includes; meal prep, toileting, showering, household cleaning and medication assistance. This is a busy role and requires a high level of organisation skills, fitness and teamwork to make the dream work.

You'll be a great fit if you:
A Certificate III or higher relevant qualification in Individual Support or Disability
Care about people (this one's non-negotiable)
Have a high standard of work ethics & organisation skills
Looking for long term, stable consistent shifts
Have the ability to pay attention to details
Are reliable and can follow set routines
Learn quickly and work well in a team
The ability to assess situations calmly and act in the best interests of the person
Confident with personal care (experienced with incontinence & showering)
Can problem-solve calmly




Communicate clearly – speaking, writing and listening
Can connect with non-verbal clients and observe their needs (first person approach)
Practical, safety-focused decision making
Can cook easy, nutritious meals and have an understanding of Diabetes
