As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our community while working alongside a supportive and qualified team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise pool areas to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all patrons.

• Promote water safety and educate patrons on safe and appropriate behaviour.

• Respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and provide First Aid and CPR when required.

• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable pool surrounds, amenities, and public areas.

• Work collaboratively with the aquatic team to support the efficient and protected operation of the facility





What We're Looking For:

We're looking for confident, community-minded individuals who are passionate about water safety and delivering great customer experiences.

• Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or equivalent), First Aid and CPR certifications.

• Robust knowledge of water safety practices, emergency response procedures, and rescue techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with patrons.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure, work independently, and contribute as part

of a team.

• A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
