Casual Retail Team Member – Bada Bing Pawn

Bada Bing Pawn is looking for a reliable, professional and motivated person to join our team.

This is a casual position with 20+ hours per week available, with applicants required to be available for more than one day per week. Additional hours are expected to become available towards the end of the year to cover maternity leave, with the potential for increased hours for the right person.

We have high standards and expectations when it comes to reliability, presentation, punctuality and work ethic. We are not looking for someone who is going to waste our time — if you are regularly late, unreliable, untidy or not genuinely interested in working, please don’t apply.

punctual and professionally presented
Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
Well organised and able to keep on top of multiple tasks
A strong communicator with good reading, writing and maths skills
Comfortable working independently while also being a solid team player
Proactive, willing to learn and happy to get stuck in

Retail experience is not essential. We can teach the right person the industry and the role — but reliability, attitude, professionalism and a solid work ethic cannot be taught.
