Redlands Sporting Club, a well-established and community-focused venue in the heart of the Brisbane Bayside, is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team.

You’ll work alongside our Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of a busy, quick-paced kitchen—delivering quality meals, leading a team, and innovating on the plate.

What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across a variety of cuisines
Leading a team of cooks and assisting in daily kitchen management
Developing and testing new menu items and specials
Ensuring compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen




Solid leadership and communication skills
Creativity and flair for innovative dishes
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
