Preparing cuts of meat for seasoning and curing to produce smallgoods.

Operating machines to grind, mix and tenderise meat.

Making seasonings by mixing spices, salt and other ingredients.

Operating filling machines and smoking chambers.

Process and package finished smallgoods for distribution.

Plan and schedule work and assist the management team in estimation of production.

Cost production and monitoring the cleanliness of rooms;

Check stockholding and prepare requisitions.

To be considered for this roll you must:

Have a minimum of three years experience in the trade.

Be willing to work as part of a team.

Have outstanding communication skills.

Have enthusiasm for the industry.





Have good hygiene and attention for detail.
