We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Truganina store. If you enjoy working in a rapid-paced setting and love delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing outstanding customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Restocking displays and maintaining store presentation
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For
Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded




Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
A team player with a strong work ethic

Availability

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts within these hours is essential.
Early morning availability is required.
