We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Full time - Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer to join one of our global finance clients based in the Sydney CBD.

THE POSITION:
Providing high level administration and guest services
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize work loads
High attention to detail in Administration and document control

THE PERSON:




Minimum experience at least 1 year in a Guest relations OR Receptionist position in a corporate setting
Skilled in MS Suite
Impeccable presentation and communication
Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously

Due to nature and workplace of this setting - the successful candidate must hold Australian Fulltime working rights for at least 12month or more - they will also be required to go through background checks via a third party
