We're looking for an experienced Fabricator & Installer who takes pride in doing things properly and wants a long-term role with a team that respects the trade.

What You'll Be Doing
Fabricating high-quality stone benchtops in our workshop
Cutting, shaping, gluing, and polishing stone to specification
Operating CNC machinery and measuring equipment
Reading plans and preparing jobs accurately




Installing benchtops in residential homes with precision and care
Representing Forma professionally in our clients' homes

What You'll Bring

At Forma, attitude and aptitude rate higher than experience. It is essential that you bring:
Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of finish
Qualified manner when working in residential homes
Driver's licence
Reliable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Full working rights in Australia

It will work in your favour if you also have:
2+ years' experience in stone fabrication and/or installation
Confidence on, or an interest in operating CNC machinery
Experience with, or an interest in learning the art of industry-specific site measuring
