About the role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major commercial construction project in Mandurah. This is a unique prospect to be part of a landmark new-build development, working alongside a high-performing project team to drive a robust safety culture from site establishment through to completion.

Duties and responsibilities
Monitor and promote compliance with site health, safety and environmental procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify hazards,



risks and corrective actions.
Lead incident reporting, investigations and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
Support supervisors and subcontractors in implementing secure work practices.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety awareness training.
Review SWMS, JHAs and permit systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Maintain accurate HSE records and contribute to project safety performance reporting.

Skills and experience required
HSE Advisor experience on major commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety compliance.
Experience conducting site inspections and safety audits.
Proven incident investigation and reporting skills.
Ability to review SWMS, risk assessments and permits.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
