Restaurant Manger – Mexican Restaurant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional venue manger to join our growing Mexican restaurant team.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality or hotel management experience and enjoy working in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience with Mexican, Latin American, or premium dining venues will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and seating guests
Managing reservations and guest enquiries
Supporting smooth front-of-house operations
Delivering exceptional customer service
Coordinating with kitchen and floor staff
Maintaining high presentation and service standards
Looking after staff’s weekly roster

About You
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or venue operations
Robust communication and customer service skills
Well-presented,



reliable, and professional
Must be available for evenings and weekends
Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
Experience with Mexican or international cuisine venues is preferred
Must have valid Australian work rights.
