We are looking for an experienced Joinery Draftsperson / Cabinetry Detailer with solid Cabinet Vision experience to take ownership of shop drawings and production documentation across our projects.
You will work from architectural drawings, confirmed site dimensions and client briefs to produce accurate shop drawings, cut lists and manufacturing documentation ready for production.
This is a fully office-based drafting role. You will not be required to attend site for check measures or site inspections, allowing you to focus on detailing, documentation and preparing projects accurately for manufacture.
This role would suit someone who understands how joinery is actually manufactured — not just how it looks on a drawing. You will be expected to work independently, identify potential issues before they reach the factory and communicate confidently with our project, production and management teams.

Minimum 3 years' experience drafting custom joinery, cabinetry or shopfitting

Ability to produce shop drawings, cut lists and CNC-ready production information in Cabinet Vision
Strong understanding of cabinet construction and manufacturing methods
Solid knowledge of board products, solid timber, hardware and fixing systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify clashes or errors before production
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
