About the role

As one of the first points of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and helping the clinic run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing friendly, qualified service
Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with general administration
Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
Helping create a positive and caring experience for every patient
Dental assisting (training provided if you do not yet have this experience)

About you
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
Organised,



reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working as part of a busy, team-oriented team
Committed to providing excellent patient service
Experienced in reception
Dental assistant/technician experience (desirable)
Experience in a dental practice (desirable)
