About the Role

As the Financial Controller, you’ll work closely with the Senior Finance team, taking ownership of the organisation’s financial operations and driving improvements across a multi‑site, operationally complex workplace.

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow
Leading and developing the finance team
Working with operations and technology teams to improve systems and streamline processes
Supporting business case development and growth initiatives
Enhancing internal controls, financial systems, and reporting accuracy
Playing a strategic role in enabling scalable, tech‑enabled growth

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical and leadership capability, ideally with:
5+ years in corporate accounting or financial management
Experience in multi‑site, logistics, manufacturing, or operationally complex environments




Background in a senior accounting or Assistant Financial Controller position
Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (BAS, GST, payroll tax)
Proven process improvement and internal controls experience
Advanced financial systems experience, including implementations or integrations
Solid commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively across the business
