BUILDING MAINTENANCE STAFF - WANTED

IMMEDIATE START

Due to demand, we are seeking the services of an experienced, all round general maintenance person that can undertake the routine and ongoing facility maintenance across multiple locations across Melbourne.

The successful person must have experience in day to day maintenance and basic repairs.

Your tasks will include (but not limited to);
Patching
Door handle repairs
Attaching shelving
Basic furniture assembly (flat packs)
Replacing light globes
Basic carpentry works and repairs

Past experience in similar role and basic building knowledge is a must.

Role is for an immediate start for the right person.

Applicants must have or be able to obtain prior to starting;
Working with children check
National police check
Drivers license

Company vehicle, tools and uniform is provided.

Successful applicant must be skilled, well presented, and have outstanding communication skills.
