We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Receptionist to provide a professional, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service within a busy warehouse environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers, and team members, you will play a key role in maintaining site security, managing the switchboard, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. THE POSITION - Manage the site switchboard and direct calls and enquiries efficiently - Welcome visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, ensuring all sign-in and site access requirements are completed - Coordinate visitor management, contractor documentation, and site inductions - Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items - Provide general administrative support, including data entry,
