About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-oriented Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team in a role that’s anything but desk-bound. While your primary focus will be customer service and returns management, you’ll be an active, hands-on contributor to daily warehouse operations – jumping in wherever you’re needed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Returns (Primary Focus):
Act as the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries – via Slack, phone and email
Process, assess, and manage returns in line with client SOPs and timelines
Investigate return discrepancies and communicate outcomes to customers




Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure returned goods are processed accurately and promptly
Provide updates on order status, delivery issues, and stock queries
Maintain accurate records and logs for all customer interactions and returns

Warehouse Operations (As Required):
Pick and pack orders to meet fulfilment requirements during busy periods
Assist with receival, put-away, and general warehouse housekeeping
Support ad hoc client requests and special projects as directed by management
Contribute to a protected, organised, and efficient warehouse environment

About You
Previous experience in a customer service role – warehouse, retail, or logistics workplace preferred
Comfortable in a dual-role position: desk-based communication AND active warehouse duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using email, order management systems, and basic MS Office
Reliable, adaptable, and able to switch between tasks without missing a beat
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties including manual handling
A positive attitude and a team-first approach
