We’re looking for experienced waiting staff to join the team at Central Lounge. If you know your way around a busy floor and take pride in valuable service, we want to hear from you.

What you will do
Take orders, run food and drinks, and look after your section
Deliver warm, attentive service that keeps guests coming back
Set up, reset and close down the floor
Work alongside kitchen and bar to keep service moving

What we’re after
2+ years’ experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge
Current RSA
Confident with POS systems and table service
Available nights and weekends
Full working rights in Australia
