Location: Sydney

Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Salary range is indicative and may be subject to enhancements based on internal processes.

Flexible working arrangements: hybrid, reviewed case‑by‑case basis

Roles and Responsibilities
Experienced in ServiceNow – leading as presales, solutioning for large opportunities
Own account growth through upsell and cross‑sell of services and solutions
Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and overall engagement health
Ensure noiseless, end‑to‑end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor
Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring stability and continuity
Drive delivery stability through effective resource planning and risk management
Partner with internal stakeholders to meet revenue, margin, and CSAT targets

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
ServiceNow certifications and 15+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale digital transformation projects, with at least two significant implementations for ServiceNow




Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
