Role DescriptionThe Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring software solutions meet functional, technical, and quality expectations through structured testing and analysis. The role involves reviewing requirements, developing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development and business teams to resolve issues.

The Test

Analyst will contribute to test planning, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance support, and overall quality improvement. Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and explicit communication are essential to ensure reliable and user-focused solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Robust understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).




Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
Familiarity with defect tracking, test management, and documentation practices.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software quality processes.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation and testing.
Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential risks.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple testing activities, prioritize tasks, and meet project requirements.
