Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager at Corbett & Claude, located in Brisbane CBD, QLD.

The Venue

Manager will oversee the daily operations of the venue, including supervision of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating events, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive team workplace to deliver an exceptional guest experience.





The Venue

Manager will also work on strategizing to enhance revenue and the overall reputation of the venue.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to provide excellent guest experiences and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Solid abilities in Venue Management and Budgeting, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance of the venue.
Experience in hospitality, with skills in planning, organizing, and executing events that meet client and guest expectations.
Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
