About the Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at Vans Brisbane DFO! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in quick-paced, community-focused retail environment.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:
Deliver outstanding customer service
Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers

Skills and Experience
Seeking team with flexible, full +/ weekday availability
Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team workplace
Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
