You will handle food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation, and help with stock and menu ideas to keep service running smoothly. 6 days a week with dinner and one lunch day; weekend work required.

Previous cook experience of 2–3 years and knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred. We value teamwork, positive communication, hygiene and the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced
