Key Responsibilities - Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces and experiences across digital products and services.
Translate user needs, business requirements, and insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and service designers.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
Support development teams by providing explicit design specifications and implementation guidance.




Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user insights.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX and UI practices and standards.
