Currently we are looking for Charge Up Operators for a site in regional NSW.

The role:
Production Charge Up & Development including upholes & downholes
Blast prep and post-blast inspections, firing & tie-ins
Operating various charging equipment
Close collaboration & engagement with production & development crews
Inspecting work areas, identifying hazards and ensuring all work is completed safely
Charge up of headings,



stopes & rises in an effient and protected manner
Following site procedures in transporting, storing & handling explosives as well as stock control
Maintain and advocate for high safety and operational standards

About you:
Previous experience in Charge Up or Shotfiring in an UG mining environment
Demonstrated background in UG blasting activities
Experience working in production or development within UG mining
Currently holds or ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
Current Shotfirer's Licence or ability to obtain one
Be willing to undertake and pass a drug & alcohol screen and mandatory pre-employment checks
