Roster

· Sportsman Roster (5 on, 5 off, 4 on, 4 off - including nightshift)

· Project Roster (4 days on, 3 days off - dayshift, however requirement to work nightshift at times)

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading crews, coordinating daily work activities and ensuring all work is completed safely on schedule and to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate crews
Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures.
Coordinate labour, equipment and materials.
Monitor work quality, productivity and progress.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and workforce.




Promote a positive safety culture and mentor team members.
Complete daily reporting and required documentation.

Essential Requirements
Section 26 (S26) Supervisor qualification – mandatory
Previous experience supervising crews within mining or heavy industry.
Trade Qualification (Fabrication or Mechanical)
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
OHS Construction Induction Card
Strong commitment to safety leadership.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Desirable
High Risk Work Licence (where applicable).
